We knew it was going to be an impossible task.  Since we anticipated a transfer to Arizona, we wanted to buy a home while still living in California.  We needed a Realtor who was willing to work with us in person as well as remotely.  Nancy Graves was able to do both. 

Nancy worked around our schedule.  She set aside dates for us when we could make the trip to Arizona to search for a house.  Nancy showed us properties from early in the morning to late at night because she knew we could only be there for a day or two at a time.  While we were in California, Nancy sent us daily emails with available new properties.  She worked tirelessly, driving out to distant areas to take digital photos when a property sparked our interest.

It wasn't a conventional search, but we finally found our dream home.  We could not have done it without Nancy.  She never complained about having to work twice as hard under our circumstances, did not give up, and was enthusiastic the entire time.  When all the papers were finally signed and the house was ours, we really felt we had a new home and a new friend.  We wholeheartedly recommend Nancy Graves as the premier agent in Arizona.
