I specialize exclusively in active adult retirement communities in the West Valley of Phoenix. Whether a buyer or a seller, you can expect from me professionalism, integrity, timely communication the way you want to be communicated with, promises kept, and attention to detail. In addition I bring contract/negotiation skills and technology savvy to the table. But, most importantly, you can count on a commitment and focus on you (my customer), as buying and selling a home is often one of the biggest financial transactions in one’s lifetime. My goal is for each client to feel like they received 5 star service with 5 star results. Currently, I live in Goodyear with animal friends, Caye (dog, see photo), buddy and Princess (cats). They have me well trained with the run of the house and lots of treats. Prior to this I lived the Northwest growing up in Seattle Washington and was born in England. My parents live in Sun City West where they enjoy all an Active Adult Retirement Community has to offer. I was born in England and came to the United States with my family when I was 9 years old. After a four year stay in Moline, IL the family moved to the Renton, WA area. After graduating from high school I joined the Air Force and lived the nomadic life. I was stationed in Texas, Arizona, California, South Carolina and the Philippines. After my honorable discharge I returned to Washington State. I eventually graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Science degree. I also began a career as firefighter and eventually transferred to the police department, where I retired as a lieutenant/commander. In 2000 my wife and I moved to Arizona.

Serving the public during my adult life I gained the passion and commitment for helping people and meeting their needs. This philosophy carries over into the real estate field. I am dedicated to you, my client, and through honesty and integrity will work with you to put you at ease when buying and selling your home.
